Underground Condominium Parking Garage Evaluation

These condominiums are buiilt atop an underground parking garage. During Architectural upgrade studies a number of possible structural defects were noted. Torello Engineers conducted a condition study and evaluation and identified numerous structural deficiencies.

Our report identified multiple occurences of 15 different types of structural damage and/or deterioration and uncovered a significant discrepancy between the original design documents and the actual construction. This discovery soon lead to a second phase to analyse and address this issue, as well as to develop the design scope for deficiencies.
